Moong Dal Vegan Egg

 

1 cup dried Moong Dal beans
3 cups water

Blend the beans and water.  Take the milk and put through bag
to remove pulp.


2 Tablespoons Nutritional yeast
3 Tablepoons Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon konjack Powder (or less)

Mix the milk with the ingredients above.  Add black salt
to make it taste like an egg at the end.  The heat kills
the egg flavor
