Vegan Crabcakes

 Vegan Crabcakes (made 7)

1 can chickpeas, rinsed, drained thoroughly, mashed
1 can heart of palms sliced small

1/3 large onion sliced into very small pieces
1 slice of bread, sliced and crumbled into crumbs


Mix altogether.

Add 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard, 2 Dabs Vegan Mayonaise,and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Mix and

season a lot with Old Bay.  Shape into patties and refrigerate.  Cook 3 minutes on each side in oil.
