.76 cup Vital wheat gluten flour
1/3 can dark beans drained
2 T Tomato Puree
2 T Nutritional Yeast
1 T Chili Powder
1 T Garlic Powder
1/2 t Pepper
1/2 t Salt
1 T Dark Soy Sauce
Blend the above ingredients.
Add 90 ml (.38 cups)water.
Need to strengthen the gluten bonds. Shape. Cut into four steaks. Boil for 25 minutes.
Marinade in Olive Oil and Soy Sauce.
Sauce
2 Large Shallots finely cut, cooked, salted
2.11 cups Vegetable Stock
1 teaspoon Capers
2 T Dijon Mustard
1 t Soy Sauce
1 t Salt
1 t Pepper
3 T Red Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic pressed
4 teaspoons dried Taragon
